This is a double extraction tincture using heat & alcohol to render a more potent extract.

Ingredients
Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa)
Cane Alcohol 40%
Fulvic/humic acid <1%
Distilled Water

*A splash of raw apple cider vinegar is added to all of our tinctures during the extraction process to pull out more of the minerals which increases bioavailability.

herb/menstrum ratio 1:7

Suggested use: 1-5ml as needed

A Note On Dosage

There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!

I was spectacle at first. I read a lot about wild lettuce but didn't believe a company made tinture could do the job of home grown and made. Especially at this price. I was wrong! This product is amazing. Stopped my headaches right from ghe beginning. I will definitely be purchasing the larger size.
