This is a double extraction tincture using heat & alcohol to render a more potent extract.

Ingredients
Wild Lettuce (Lactuca virosa)
Cane Alcohol 40%
Fulvic/humic acid <1%
Distilled Water

*A splash of raw apple cider vinegar is added to all of our tinctures during the extraction process to pull out more of the minerals which increases bioavailability.

herb/menstrum ratio 1:7

Suggested use: 1-5ml as needed

A Note On Dosage

There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!

I've been using the wild lettuce for a year, I have no more anxiety, insomnia. also it's anti inflammatory..I love this plant!

My husband has sciatica that steroids doesn't help and was told to stop ibuprofen. This is working better than anything he has tried. I see his happy attitude again. Thank you!

I’ve had insomnia and joint pains for many years. Tried everything, but nothing else helped me as much as Living Farms’ Wild Lettuce Double Extraction. This tincture is the only thing I take now. I no longer have the severe joint pains as I did before and my sleep has improved tremendously. Thank you Ashley@ Living Farms for creating such quality products.

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and this really helped my pain and allowed me to get a good nights sleep. I have tried other brands of Wild Lettuce that did not work nearly as well.

I’ve been using wild lettuce for awhile and have used a few different brands (those others weren’t as effective) and found this on Etsy (slightly cheaper on here). It is my go to for pain relief and I find I sleep like a baby. I prefer it to cbd bc there is no after effects. Thanks again!
