Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. Really like that there’s no side effects,really works for pain ,started with 1caps now 3 capsules 3 times daily. I’d caution anyone on pain management programs that you’re UA comes back positive for morphine and OxyContin ? Demanded blood test and came back negative , I’m now allowed to take my wild lettuce with no problem, as it’s helping me cut down man made drugs for pain ?

I'm happy that the wild lettuce capsules give me the same result as the tincture. The tincture tastes beyond nasty but works extremely well. So I was happy to find the capsules are just as good.

i have severe arthritis and was looking for something to help on the bad days that my pain meds wasnt enough. These help me get thru the day. they work wonders. I also have a teenage son that plays sports and at times I preferer using this then over the counter stuff .
