Valerian tonic
I found a natural alternative that works well for me, which is great given the challenges of insomnia, after major medical procedures, and restrictions on hormone medicine. After two years of using Lunesta, I needed a non prescription sleep aid, and Valerian root in combination with lavender has improved my sleep and I stopped taking Lunesta. I hope anyone who has been dealing with Insomnia can find relief with Valerian tonic.
