Saw Palmetto Alcohol Free Extract

Ingredients:
Saw Palmetto berry (Sereona repens)
Organic Coconut Glycerin 50%
Distilled Water
Fulvic/humic acid <1%
(a splash of raw apple cider vinegar is added during the extraction process to pull out more minerals which increases bioavailability and effectiveness)

herb/menstrum ratio 1:8

Suggested use: .5-2 tsp 2-4X daily

Warnings:
Women who are breastfeeding should avoid this herb, as it inhibits prolactin and may interfere with lactation.

**Please note: There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time.
