Uses
Pygeum bark has been used for centuries by traditional African healers to address a variety of ailments, mostly male-hormone driven conditions. Pygeum bark is also one of the best studied botanicals for its potential in mitigating symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH.
