Warnings
Completely safe for topical use. It contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which are believed to cause liver problems when taken internally. Many people have use internally with no report of ill effects, and it is most likely safe to use internally for short periods of time. It should be avoided during preganacy, lactation, when cancer tumors are present, or when there is a history of liver problems. Should not be applied to broken skin.

A Note On Dosage
There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!
