improves appetite. It can help alleviate symptoms of indigestion,
flatulence, and colic. The herb is also used to treat gastrointestinal
infections and conditions such as gastroenteritis.

bayberry make it useful for respiratory issues where there is excess mucus. It can help relieve sorethroats, reduce phlegm, and treat conditions like bronchitis and
laryngitis.

Anti-inflammatory and Antimicrobial
Bayberry is effective for treating infections and reducing inflammation. It can be used topically for wounds, sores, and skin infections.

is used to enhance the body’s resistance to infections and illnesses.

Mouth and Gum Health

root bark can reduce inflammation and infection in the mouth and
throat.

Skin Conditions
Topically, bayberry can be applied to the skin to
treat ulcers, wounds, and other skin conditions. Its astringent
properties help in reducing irritation and promoting healing.

Fever and Colds

A Note On Dosage
There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!
