How to use
Goji berries are versatile and easy to add to your daily meals. Sprinkle dried goji berries over your morning oatmeal or yogurt for a nutritious boost. Blend them into smoothies or protein shakes for added flavor and nutrients. Use them as a topping for salads or mix them into trail mix for a healthy snack. Goji berries can be steeped in hot water to make a flavorful tea, or rehydrated and added to baked goods like muffins and cookies. For a savory twist, incorporate them into grain bowls, stir-fries, or use them as a garnish for soups. Their mild, sweet-tart flavor complements both sweet and savory dishes, making them a delightful addition to a wide range of recipes.

A Note On Dosage
There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!
