Benefits
Corydalis is a natural pain reliever. It contains an alkaloid called THP that acts similarly to opium poopy but milder. It's a central nervous system depressant and appropriate for any type of pain. It has traditionally been used for pain associated with rheumatism, arthritis, and menstration. It can also be used as an aid for sleep and anxiety but does not cause grogginess or dependency.

A Note On Dosage
There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!
