A Note On Dosage

There is no one size fits all dose. Dosage varies from individual to individual. The suggested use is just a jumping off point. Each person may need more or less depending on age, weight, sensitivity, etc. In general, for acute conditions you will dose more frequently in larger doses for a short period of time and for chronic conditions you will dose less frequently in smaller doses for an extended period of time. This is something each person has to figure out for themselves but I am happy to answer any questions you may have too!

I love these. I first purchased these via Etsy. I could definitely tell they helped with lowering my blood pressure. I love having these a part of my regimen. Shipping was a bit delayed however seller expressed her apologies and included a coupon towards my next purchase.

Supposedly Mohammad wrote in the Koran that this cures everything but death. I lost my supplier when she passed away recently . This was the only source I found other than Amazon & walmart that carries it. Very satisfied with the product & dropped a star due to time they received my order & it arrived (2 weeks) this may have been a USPS problem. Other than that very satisfied with Living Farms service, check them out for everything herbal.
